Happy Halloween

I love halloween. Always have, probably always will. But I really wish that I was still a kid just for this one day each year because that’s where the real halloween fun is had. Candy, costumes, tradesies after trick-or-treating…and if I was as cool as this kid, that would be the cherry on top!

Quarter-of-a-century

Well, friends, it’s about to become official…tomorrow, I will be a quarter-of-a-century old. I have a feeling that 25 is going to be a great year. Traveling to California, Maryland and Hawaii (at least), designing and blogging like crazy, and spending time with the people I love most. It doesn’t get much better than that! 
A girl can dream though… :)

Southwest Feelings

At first, I wasn’t sold on the trend — strange patterns, desert colors — but now, I think I might love it! Especially these boots. Um, hello gorgeous! Oh, and the faux taxidermy is pretty freaking sweet too.

New in my life.

I’ve been getting questions about my new haircut and glasses, so here they both are! I didn’t like the haircut/color at first, but I’ve gotten used to it :) And isn’t it weird how different I look in each of these pics?! crazy!

Oh yeah, and I got these boots too…

 

Sick Day?

Can’t I just stay in bed all day? Sideways rain at 40 miles per hour does NOT sound like fun to me. On the other hand, chunky knits and hot coffee sound amazing. Sick day? :)
